The price of tool steel is currently rising steadily and has in some cases doubled. We are unable to maintain our current prices for most of our products and must adjust them, particularly for high-speed steel (HSS).

It consists of two serrated stainless steel blades that move rapidly back and forth when switched on, effortlessly cutting through various materials.
The interlocking blades oscillate in opposite directions. This rapid sawing motion reduces the effort required for manual cutting.
The blades enable clean, even, and precise cuts when used manually.
The name is misleading. These machine knives are jokingly called “pizza knives” only by the users.
These circular knives don’t cut Italian pastries, but rather elastomer material from roller conveyors to create a perforation separation line. The knives measure Ø 200 x 8 x 60 mm. The cutting edge is profiled on both sides to create a serrated cut that pre-perforates the material, allowing the strips to be separated later.
The 6-edge blade has a double-beveled edge on both sides. This reusable blade is attached to a robot arm. The robot automatically opens cartons in an unpacking line.
A hooked blade has a curved, hooked edge for cutting materials straight or diagonally without tearing the material. Typical applications include packaging and carton processing, adhesive tape or film, leather and textile processing, tape and film removal for hand cutting, and precision work where a normal straight blade would cut too deeply.
Cable production in Germany involves multi-stage processes, beginning with wire drawing and ending with cable sheathing. Individual wires are twisted into strands, insulated, twisted, shielded if necessary, and finally coated with a sheath that protects against external influences. Cutting and stripping require a variety of cutting tools, including extremely delicate knives.
