The versatile applications of adhesive tapes can be found extensively in industry, commerce, and households. Their technical uses range from bonding, masking, and packaging to anti-slip properties. However, all tapes must also be cut appropriately to meet specific needs. The serrated blades used for this purpose come in a wide variety of designs. The photo shows the blades already sealed in vacuum foil. These are just one of many options in our blade manufacturing.

We already reported in this blog about the craftsmanship involved in regrinding a punch. This punching tool, with a cutting dimension of 100 × 100 mm, is used, among other applications, in the production of electrical insulation materials, technical laminates, and composite materials and is presented here as a new tool. In filter systems for air purification in industrial plants, these blades are installed in front of the intake drags for mechanical removal of foreign bodies.
